Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager
Arbiter is an AI-powered care orchestration system that unites healthcare. The Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning Arbiter’s go-to-market narrative, translating product capabilities into effective messaging, and leading sales enablement efforts.

Responsibilities
Own the messaging and positioning of Arbiter’s enterprise products
Develop clear Ideal Customer Profile and persona-specific narratives across payers and providers, and ensure consistency across sales, marketing, PR, investor, and executive communications
Lead analysis and category framing
Develop battlecards, win/loss insights, and POVs that equip sales to differentiate Arbiter in enterprise buying cycles, in close partnership with Product and Sales
Build and maintain core sales assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, demo narratives, ROI frameworks, and proof-point libraries
Partner with Sales leadership to continuously improve asset effectiveness based on real pipeline feedback
Own customer story development, including case studies, early proof points, and cost of care and health outcome narratives
Translate technical and operational impact into clear, buyer-relevant value in collaboration with Product, Data, and Customer teams
Lead GTM and launch strategy for new products, capabilities, partnerships, and customer announcements
Define launch narratives, sequencing, and supporting materials, and coordinate execution across Product, Comms, Sales, and Leadership
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Executive leadership
Serve as the connective tissue between what we build and how we sell it, providing clear direction to Comms, Design, and external support resources as needed
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in enterprise marketing
Demonstrated experience owning positioning and messaging for enterprise products
Experience in healthcare technology, health plans, provider organizations, or healthcare services
Strong track record of building sales enablement materials that drive revenue growth
Experience translating complex, technical products into clear, buyer-oriented narratives
Comfort working closely with Sales, Product, and executive leadership
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Preferred
Familiarity with enterprise buying cycles involving payers, providers, or regulated industries
Experience supporting Series A / Series B fundraising narratives
Background working in highly technical or data-driven product environments
