Responsibilities
Preparing risk/issue/decision documentation with input from workstream teams and maintaining updates to each on a weekly basis
Partnering with the State PMO team to add new risks/issues/decisions to the Google drive Log (Source of truth)
Updating weekly/monthly status reports
Presenting open issues/risks in a monthly State PMO call
Conducting a weekly internal meeting to gather new issues/risks/decisions and update
Meet weekly with SPMO to align on outstanding risks/issues/decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualification
Required

5+ years of IT Project Management experience
2+ years of experience in project management for a State Medicaid Agency or a large healthcare management organization
Experienced managing IRAAD for fast paced, complex initiative with multiple workstreams
Client facing experience with State Medicaid agency and demonstrated ability to build collaborative client relationships, resolve/manage risks and issues, and excellent communication skills
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
