Responsibilities
Design recruitment materials, experimental study stimuli, logos, websites, social media graphics, PowerPoint presentations, and other project-related visuals
Create clear and engaging visual assets for participant-facing materials
Revise and adapt existing design templates for use across multiple research studies
Work collaboratively with investigators, project managers, and research assistants to ensure all materials meet IRB, accessibility, and branding guidelines
Maintain organized files and documentation of design versions and project workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or comparable design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva Pro)
Experience designing materials for public-facing or research-oriented contexts
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accessibility and readability standards
Ability to manage multiple small projects and work independently to meet deadlines
Comfort incorporating feedback from diverse team members and iterating on drafts
