Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality BI solutions
Implement data integration and transformation processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to BI developers
Stay current with emerging BI/Analytics technologies, industry trends, and best practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI and Copilot, including report/dashboard design and data modeling
Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and SQL
Proven experience in leading, managing, and mentoring BI teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Microsoft PL-300 Certification (Required)
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure)
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
Ability to translate business requirements into technical BI solutions
Experience integrating BI solutions with applications and external data sources
