$22/hr - $24/hrJackson Family Wines is seeking enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join their 2026 harvest team as International Seasonal Cellar Tech. The role involves safe cellar practices, managing red fermentation, and assisting in various cellar operations during the harvest season.

Responsibilities
Following and observing all safe cellar practices
Red fermentation management – pump overs, rack & returns
Additions – yeast, acid, nutrients, SO2 including calculations
The use of all cellar equipment (and most importantly) it’s cleaning & sanitizing
Barrel work – filling, racking and topping
Racking, transferring and the movement of juice and wine
Assist the fruit receival and pressing teams
Qualification
Required
Effective communication skills in English
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
The successful applicant must provide their own transportation while some assistance will be provided to help find housing
Able to work flexible and extended hours, which will include weekends
Able to be in the Napa area full-time July-November, 2026
This position requires continuous walking, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and crawling throughout the shift
It requires the ability to reach with hands and arms, fine manipulation and to lift up to 50 pounds
This candidate must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Previous harvest experience is preferred but not 100% necessary
A degree in winemaking/enology is favorable
