They are seeking a graduate-level Systems Improvement Operations Intern to assist with projects related to data collection, reporting, and community engagement, working closely with various teams to enhance data management practices.

Responsibilities
Maintain a tracking system for collecting quarterly progress report data
Collaborate with Strategic Consultants to seek feedback on the type of data collected and the flow of the process
Create reports for various stakeholders based on the information collected
Participate in the Common Measures workgroup, provide regular updates on the progress of the pilot project, and contribute to the workgroups thinking in how to scale the project
Participate in measurement workgroups and projects related to tracking projects and documenting jurisdictional and national work overtime
Qualification
Required
Bachelors or Graduate level business administration, finance, child welfare, data analysis/research experience (quantitative or qualitative) or related field. Graduated or current students encouraged to apply
Strong written communication skills
Ability to work independently and on a team
Ability to learn data analytic tools
Must be proficient using Microsoft Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability for occasional Travel may be necessary
