Serve as the senior technical expert and lead resource responsible for the operation, analysis, and continuous improvement of the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS)
Ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and performance optimization through advanced monitoring, troubleshooting, and analytics
Provide day-to-day leadership and technical direction to the AMI Analyst team, coordinating workload priorities, promoting best practices, and driving process improvement initiatives
Act as the principal liaison between the AMI Services Manager, IT, Billing, Engineering, and Member Services to ensure seamless system operation and exceptional service delivery
Guide, mentor, and support team members and lead projects that enhance the overall effectiveness of AMI operations
Qualification
Required
Senior technical expert in Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS)
Experience in operation, analysis, and continuous improvement of AMI and MDMS
Ability to ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and performance optimization
Skills in advanced monitoring, troubleshooting, and analytics
Experience providing leadership and technical direction to a team
Ability to coordinate workload priorities and promote best practices
Experience driving process improvement initiatives
Ability to act as a liaison between various departments (AMI Services Manager, IT, Billing, Engineering, and Member Services)
Experience guiding, mentoring, and supporting team members
Ability to lead projects that enhance AMI operations effectiveness
