Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical expertise to semiconductor and life sciences customers using electron microscopy and analytical solutions
Develop, implement, and optimize applications to support customer workflows
Serve as a trusted technical advisor, building strong customer relationships
Support new product introductions and evolving customer technologies
Deliver customer training on complex instrumentation and applications
Collaborate with product development and commercial teams to drive customer success
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions
Support data analysis, process optimization, and workflow development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline with 8+ years of experience with electron microscopy techniques (SEM, FIB/SEM, TEM) and related workflows OR Advanced Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
Expert understanding of semiconductor processing, device physics, and failure analysis techniques
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing technical solutions
Experience training and mentoring users on complex instrumentation
Experience with data analysis, process optimization, and workflow development
Familiarity with laboratory operations and quality control procedures
Proficiency with relevant software platforms and data management systems
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%
Preferred
Experience with automation, scripting, or programming (Python, C#, MATLAB)
