Write UX copy for product experiences (UI text, microcopy, flows, error messages)
Use research insights and customer data to improve clarity and comprehension
Collaborate on feature flows, naming/terminology, and in-product messaging
Coordinate with engineering and localization to ship accurate content on time
Support AI/ML-powered features with content that’s safe, reliable, and easy to understand
Qualification
Required
8+ years in UX writing/content design/content strategy
Excellent writing/editing; able to simplify complex concepts
Strong UX fundamentals (user-centered design, IA)
Comfortable working closely with engineers in a fast-moving environment
