Responsibilities
Develop and validate 5G and LTE new features and KPIs based on NR 5G and LTE protocols
Work on various protocol features for Android and iOS applications and perform validation
Identify issues, implement fixes, and validate the resolutions
Provide customer support for troubleshooting and demonstrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SMEs, development teams, and server teams for feature integration, issue resolution, and validation
Document user manuals for the application, new features, and supported devices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science OR Equivalent degree is required
Experience in LTE/5G modem protocol development, maintenance, and validation
Strong programming skills, preferably in Java, C/C++, or similar languages
Familiarity with developing and validating 5G/LTE features across various Android devices
Ability to collaborate with engineers and developers working across different infrastructure layers
Strong understanding of wireless communication protocols and standards
Commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and high-quality product development
Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
Solid debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
