Responsibilities
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support technology solution design, build, deployment, and post-implementation activities
Support architecture, security, and technical review processes
Oversee demand intake, portfolio reporting, and operational readiness
Lead and mentor a team while strengthening partnerships across the organization
Contribute to process improvement and standardization efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
Typically 8-10 years of IT program or portfolio management experience
Strong background in healthcare or enterprise technology solutions
Experience in program/project management and operational oversight
Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of process improvement, governance, and IT operational frameworks
