Responsibilities
Direct the operational management of critical eligibility, enrollment, and member management systems
Lead the implementation and ongoing administration of the Atlassian product suite for agency collaboration
Oversee external technology vendors and ensure compliance with complex service level agreements
Manage cross-functional teams responsible for production support, interface maintenance, and data operations
Implement standardized processes for incident management, system changes, and scheduled releases
Ensure platform compliance with CMS and SSA security standards through proactive audit remediation
Create executive-level dashboards and technical reports to communicate system health and operational status
Qualification
Required
3 or more years of experience in technical systems operations management and administrative leadership
Proficiency in Atlassian Suite administration and enterprise project collaboration platforms
Experience with Medicaid Enterprise eligibility and enrollment systems or similar large-scale public health platforms
Experience in managing application support ticketing systems and multi-tier helpdesk operations
Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and enterprise software licensing procurement
Experience in incident management, change control, and release management frameworks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
