Responsibilities
Assist M&A counsel with reviewing acquisition agreements, escrow agreements, paying agent agreements, engagement letters and other related transactional agreements
Research and draft internal memoranda on various M&A legal topics and assist M&A counsel with thought leadership articles and resources
Draft and implement internal resources to support M&A counsel and business functions
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2L or 3L with a strong academic record from a nationally ranked, accredited law school

Preferred
Transactional legal experience preferred
Completion of courses in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and/or contract drafting preferred
