Responsibilities
Element arrangements across Subscription, SaaS, Services, and Hardware offerings
Partner with product and business teams on new offerings, ensuring revenue recognition policies and processes align with company goals and regulatory requirements
End close processes for revenue and related metrics, ensuring timely and accurate revenue recognition in our SAP ERP systems, account reconciliations, and reporting
Be responsible for the financial reporting and disclosures related to revenue, working closely with our external auditors to manage an efficient and effective audit process
Provide actionable insights to support key business initiatives by analyzing revenue trends and other financial metrics
As a member of a team that operates in a highly complex system and reporting landscape, drive continuous process improvement and lead ongoing automation and digitalization initiatives to increase scalability and efficiency
Generation revenue processes
Qualification
Required
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal acumen and executive presence, including written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to explain complex accounting topics and financial implications to senior leadership
Preferred
Have a minimum of 15 years of progressive work experience in a similar role, preferably a mix of software companies and public accounting

Scale system transformations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
