Responsibilities
Lead and provide technical expertise to a team of network architects and engineers
Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Solve problems and develop solutions in network technologies and cloud solutions
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in network technologies, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Datacenter, Nexus, IOS, and IOS-XE
Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
Experience with cloud solutions, including AWS, Azure, and SaaS services
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Project management experience is a plus, including Agile methodologies and project management tools
Preferred
Experience with network management tools, such as network monitoring and configuration management systems
Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
Experience with automation tools, such as Ansible or Python
Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements
