GPAC has partnered with a well-established regional law firm seeking an Associate Attorney to join its litigation team. This role provides hands-on involvement in all aspects of the litigation process, with matters spanning multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

Assist with and manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

Conduct legal research and legal analysis

Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices and jurisdictions

Participate in hearings, depositions, and other litigation proceedings as needed

Qualification

Required

2-4 years of civil litigation experience

Active license to practice law in the State of California

J.D. from an accredited law school

Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

Trial experience is a plus but not required
