US Derivatives & Financial Markets Associate

Linklaters Americas is a leading law firm specializing in financial markets. They are seeking a US Derivatives & Financial Markets Associate who will execute derivatives and complex finance transactions, and possess a solid understanding of U.S. regulatory landscape for derivatives.

Law Practice

Responsibilities

Candidate should have good transactional experience executing derivatives, structured finance, securitization and/or other complex finance/capital markets transactions
A strong candidate will have had exposure to and experience with ISDA documentation, repo documentation and a range of asset classes included rates, FX, credit and/or equity derivatives, as well as a good understanding of the U.S. regulatory landscape for derivatives (CFTC and SEC)
Strong communication and client skills required
Must be a team player who enjoys a fast-paced and varied workload
