Regional Account Manager

Fireside Hearth and Home Technologies is the world’s largest and leading fireplace installing distributor and retail dealer in North America. The Regional Account Manager will support strategic growth by maximizing profitability and expanding upgrade opportunities within assigned production builder accounts.

Responsibilities

Align local selling strategies with national programs using Gold Sheets for assigned National Builders
Collaborate closely with HHT's National Account Management team to connect corporate strategy with local market execution
Document the fireplace/hearth decision-making process within all assigned accounts
Analyze market trends to recommend optimal fireplace mix, upgrade offerings, and pricing strategies by homebuyer type
Develop Profit Propositions through option and upgrade recommendations with corresponding resale pricing
Educate decision makers and influencers on current hearth trends, technology, and competitive insights

Qualification

Sales experienceResidential constructionSalesForce CRMGroup presentationsBA/BS degree

Required

BA/BS in related field (or the equivalent combination of education and experience)
4+ years with successful sales or design experience in residential construction, preferably with production builders
Strong experience presenting, training, or facilitating group discussions

Preferred

SalesForce or similar CRM experience
