Responsibilities
Manage and execute a comprehensive Local SEO strategy for our Google Business Profiles nationwide
Elevate WindshieldHUB’s local visibility and brand authority in every community we serve
Drive organic lead generation and inbound calls through GBP optimization
Reduce marketing spend while supporting sustainable, profitable growth
Consistently outperform local competitors through strategic search visibility initiatives
Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles (GBPs) across multiple service regions
Implement and maintain UTM tracking and call tracking for accurate lead attribution
Conduct Local SEO audits and competitive analysis to identify improvement opportunities
Manage local citations, backlink strategies, and reputation initiatives
Monitor and improve Local Pack rankings across target markets
Collaborate with internal teams for technical SEO fixes and localized content strategies
Provide clear, actionable reporting on performance, growth, and strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Local SEO experience with a proven track record of ranking businesses in the Google 3-Pack
Expertise in Google Business Profile management and optimization at scale
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to Local SEO performance
Hands-on experience with BrightLocal, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio
In-depth knowledge of local search algorithms, citation management, and competitive Local SEO strategies
Experience with UTM tracking and call attribution for performance reporting
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ownership mentality with a focus on results and measurable KPIs
