Strategic Account Manager
One80 Intermediaries is a leading insurance wholesaler and program manager that prioritizes client partnerships. They are seeking a Strategic Account Manager who will drive growth and customer retention by collaborating with internal teams and ensuring exceptional client service while identifying opportunities for expansion.
Responsibilities
Collaborates with Sales and Business Management to ensure client performance goals are met
Oversees new client onboarding, ensuring alignment on service requirements, pricing, and communication
Introduces new services and leads regular client business reviews. Addresses and resolves client concerns and inquiries
Serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams for escalations or service level agreement (SLA) issues
Fosters cross-functional communication between departments such as Customer Service, Sales, IT, Finance, and Operations
Develops a strong understanding of assigned accounts, including their channels, strategies, key projects, and business plans
Occasionally travels to client sites or industry trade shows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent course training
2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Business, or Sales
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
Strong ability to clearly articulate ideas both verbally and in writing
