The role involves assisting the trial team from the filing of complaints through trial, drafting various legal documents, and managing case organization and communication.

Responsibilities
Assisting trial team from filing of complaint through trial
Propound and respond to extensive discovery
Draft various Motions, Oppositions and Replies
Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists
Calendaring, Noticing Depositions and other Hearings
Setting up Court Call and Appearance Attorneys
Organize documents for filing
Drafting correspondence
Special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
A minimum experience of 3-5 years in a paralegal role
Investigative mind and strong research skills
Working knowledge legal database software
Excellent communication and time management skills
Must have a very thorough understanding of Personal Injury, both in the Pre-Litigation and Litigation Phases
Preferred
Speaking Spanish fluently is a huge plus
