Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day content operations on-site and in-house
Support the Project Manager with budgets, schedules, and project planning
Ensure work quality meets company, industry, and client standards
Maintain accurate logs, inventories, and project documentation
Monitor progress, approve completed work, and manage material needs
Coordinate change orders, subcontractor updates, and project adjustments
Communicate project status with managers and team members
Lead daily safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Report job site incidents promptly
Complete administrative tasks, including timesheets and expense reports
Must be willing to travel locally, regionally, and/or nationally as business needs dictate
Qualification
Required
Must have a valid driver's license

Preferred
1 year industry experience (fire, water, and mold restoration)
