Corporate M&A - Associate (Mid-Level) - MIA
Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking an M&A Associate to join their Corporate Practice in Miami. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in corporate transactions, particularly in public and private M&A, and will be responsible for leading M&A transactions from inception to closing, managing due diligence teams, and training junior associates.

Qualification
Required
Minimum of four years of significant experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public and private M&A, including private equity
Strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions
Proficiency in drafting acquisition agreements and other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions
Strong interpersonal skills
High degree of maturity
Proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment
Strong academic credentials
Strong writing skills
Well-versed in the mechanics of leading an M&A transaction from inception to closing
Experience leading due diligence teams
General corporate and corporate governance experience
Ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas
Willingness to train junior associates
Candidates must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar
