Responsibilities
Gathering and analyzing requirements and translating them into technical requirements
Configuring and customizing Guidewire ClaimCenter to support end-to-end claims processes
Building integrations between Guidewire and external systems such as payment gateways, document management, and third party data sources
Supporting data migration activities including mapping, transformation and validation from legacy systems to Guidewire
Leading junior resources
Participating in professional development
Contributing to initiatives that promote Deloitte's strategic goals and culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
4+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter (Guidewire InsuranceSuite experience and ClaimCenter focus required for this role)
At least 3 years of experience as a Guidewire Developer in insurance or consulting environments
2+ years experience with Java/J2EE tech stack with knowledge of the SDLC and integration frameworks
2+ years experience working in one of the following insurance sub service areas: User Experience, Integration, Configuration, Claims, Billing & Payments, Policy Administration, Underwriting or Distribution
Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Proficiency in Guidewire configuration and integration (Gosu scripting, Guidewire Studio, Data Model, Product Model)
Guidewire ACE Certification
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
