Responsibilities
Service loans and credit lines in accordance with R2F policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs)
Input, review, and audit new loans and credit lines for accuracy and completeness
Process and audit loan amendments, refinances, and related servicing transactions
Maintain accurate loan records and ensure data integrity across systems
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide research and support to Client Relations and internal teams regarding loan servicing matters
Identify and escalate servicing issues as appropriate
Support additional loan servicing projects and tasks as assigned
Perform all duties with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
Work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with team members using Slack and Microsoft Teams during standard business hours (Eastern Time preferred)
Performs any other associated job-related duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Strong judgment, initiative, accountability, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Coachable, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to enter and manage data accurately across multiple systems
Willing to cross-train and support other team members as needed
Associate's degree or 2+ years of loan operations / lending experience
Preferred
Background or interest in business, finance, accounting, banking, or commercial lending preferred
Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks (Desktop/Online), and Loan Management Systems such as LoanPro is a plus
1+ year of loan servicing, loan operations, or commercial loan experience preferred
