Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high performance web applications using Angular, Java, Spring, and Hibernate
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces
Optimize frontend and full stack applications for performance, scalability, and security
Apply AI first thinking—leveraging automation, AI/ML integrations, and developer productivity tools to enhance application capabilities
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI/ML frameworks, developer productivity tools, and modern cloud-native patterns
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance issues and bugs
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development
Hands-on proficiency in Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Java/Spring/Hibernate
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross functional teams
Preferred
Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL will be a plus
Experience with cloud platforms is a plus
