Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage with commercial property owners and investors through cold calling, networking, and industry events
Conduct in-depth market research and financial underwriting
Provide clients with 'Broker Opinions of Value' (BOV) that incorporate Winmar’s unique insights into construction costs and development potential
Lead the end-to-end process for sales and leases, including property tours, negotiating Letters of Intent (LOIs), and managing Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs)
Work alongside our development and construction teams to offer clients a holistic view of their assets’ potential
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage (Investment Sales or Leasing)
Must hold a valid Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license in the relevant jurisdiction (DC/MD/VA)
Strong grasp of financial modeling and real estate mathematics
Proficiency in CRM tools and property database software (e.g., CoStar)
