Store Growth Marketing & Planning
Buonasera Media Services, LLC is seeking a Store Growth Marketing & Planning Specialist to drive the successful growth of a top retail client's store footprint. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives for new store openings and ongoing store performance while requiring strong collaboration skills across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage store growth marketing plans and initiatives, including new store openings, grand openings, market expansion, and competitive response
Serve as a project manager for store growth planning and marketing, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met
Coordinate across agency teams, marketing teams, operations, merchandising, store development, and vendor partners to bring plans together and drive execution
Develop and manage detailed project plans, status updates, and post-campaign recaps
Support competitive response strategies by leveraging market analysis and coordinating timely marketing actions
Analyze campaign and store performance data to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies
Ensure marketing and operational alignment across all store growth initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and scalability of store growth marketing efforts
Qualification
Required
Proven project management experience, ideally in a marketing or retail environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive progress in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience supporting store growth initiatives, including new store openings, grand openings, or market expansions and refreshes
Background in retail, marketing, and/or operations
Experience with competitive market analysis and response planning
Familiarity with marketing calendars, launch playbooks, and go-to-market planning
