They are seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of received components and support suppliers in improving their performance through various quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities
Ensure the quality of received components by reviewing supplier-provided data against drawing requirements
Generate reports on supplier quality by monitoring their defect rates and identifying areas for potential flaws; guide suppliers to reduce these defect rates
Research potential vendors, assess their manufacturing environment, practices, and procedures; conduct supplier quality control audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality certifications (ISO, NADCAP)
Support suppliers in improving their performance through process enhancements, implementing process controls, and developing quality assurance plans
Qualification
Required
Master's degree with 3-5 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4-7 years of experience, or 12 years of equivalent experience with no degree
Supplier Quality Engineering experience is a must
Experience with investment casting and/or airfoils and blades
