Responsibilities
Support implementation of the project Quality Control Plan in accordance with contract requirements
Assist with inspection coordination, testing activities, and documentation for construction operations
Review and track inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance documentation
Assist with maintaining quality records, logs, and documentation required by the Owner
Coordinate with field crews, superintendents, and subcontractors to address quality issues
Support preparation and maintenance of as-built documentation and field records
Assist with quality-related reporting and tracking of corrective actions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
Approximately 3 years of experience in heavy civil or public works construction
Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements
Working knowledge of quality control processes and documentation
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively with field teams, inspectors, and management
Preferred
Experience on municipal water, wastewater, or pipeline projects
Familiarity with testing, inspection, and documentation for water infrastructure
Experience working under public agency contract requirements
