Responsibilities
Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep
Scope of Work: Own the plan, align execution, flag issues early
Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
Project Profitability: Drive labor efficiency by staying within budgeted hours & eliminating redundancies/preventable mistakes
Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with subcontractors & third parties
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, execute
Familiarity with construction terminology and documentation (e.g., ASIs, RFIs, GMPs, IFC drawings)
Qualification
Required
3–7 years in construction project management
Prior work on commercial construction sites and/or MDUs
Familiarity with NEC and local codes
Preferred
technology or low-voltage experience
Experience - Procore, Builder Trend, Bluebeam, etc
