Responsibilities
In this position, you will lead the delivery of consultative guidance to financial advisors on complex investment solutions, supporting their use within the investment process and portfolio management approach of those advisors
Collaborate closely with internal teams to evaluate, select, and onboard private market offerings and sophisticated products
Conduct thorough analyses of investment opportunities, encompassing risk assessments, performance modeling, and due diligence on alternative assets
Support advisors in presenting and proposing alternative investments
Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging investment strategies to drive enhancements in the alternatives platform
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including fund managers and product providers, to broaden the range of available solutions
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree required
8-10 years of experience in HNW wealth management and advice delivery
FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 (or 66) - Can be obtained within 6 months of start date
CFA required
Deep expertise in alternative investments and non-traditional strategies
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Strategic mindset combined with a client-centric approach to wealth management solutions
Proficiency in relevant financial software, data analysis tools, and regulatory compliance frameworks
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while adeptly managing multiple priorities
