Genesis Medicus LLC is a growing medical education company supporting medical schools, students, and resident physicians nationwide. They are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Finance Assistant to support leadership and core financial operations at their Fort Lauderdale headquarters.

Responsibilities
Support daily financial operations, budgeting, and reporting
Process payroll using ADP
Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements
Assist with invoicing, forecasting, and cash-flow tracking
Manage vendor payments, billing cycles, and collections
Support audits and ensure accounting compliance
Provide administrative support using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Partner closely with leadership to keep operations running smoothly
Qualification
Required
Experience with ADP Payroll and QuickBooks (required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and proactive mindset
Preferred
Prior finance, accounting, or administrative experience preferred
