Develop and implement operational strategies to support the campaign’s goals and ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
Coordinate logistics and staffing for campaign events, travel, and field operations
Collaborate with communications, field, and finance teams to support their goals and resolve challenges
Oversee relationships with vendors/suppliers and manage procurement/logistics
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a political campaign or nonprofit setting
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
Outstanding financial acumen and ability to analyze data
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of campaign finance, compliance, and event planning
