Enterprise Development Partner
RoofOptions LLC is expanding its Exclusive Roof Management Program and is looking for a true partner to collaborate closely with the Director of Roof Management. The role focuses on strategic prospecting and relationship development with corporate decision makers to introduce the roof management program.
Responsibilities
Identifying the right corporate level decision makers
Introducing the roof management program value with clarity and relevance
Prospecting enterprise organizations with regional or national portfolios
Engaging leaders in facilities, operations, finance, and real estate
Thoughtful outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, and referrals
Setting qualified introductory meetings directly with me
Qualification
Required
Executive presence and strong communication skills
Comfort engaging senior and C suite level leaders
A mindset wired for quality over quantity and long term relationships
Someone who values autonomy, ownership, and collaboration
