Responsibilities
Deliver friendly technical support by phone, email, and in person to end users
Troubleshoot Windows PCs, printers, and peripherals; resolve issues efficiently
Handle hardware setup, imaging, deployment, and configuration for desktops and laptops
Install and support software applications and updates
Document tickets with steps and resolutions; escalate when appropriate
Track and maintain IT hardware, cables, and accessories
Assist with network connectivity and account access problems
Uphold IT policies, security standards, and data integrity across the organization
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in IT or related field preferred
Minimum of 1 year in helpdesk or IT support
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and common apps (Microsoft 365, browsers, etc.)
Confident, courteous phone-based support skills and clear communication
Relevant IT certification such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (computers, monitors, and related equipment)
Excellent organization, prioritization, and a customer-first mindset
Preferred
Active Directory user administration experience
Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing platforms
Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, VPN
