INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER I
The California State Treasurer's Office is seeking an Information Technology Manager I to oversee a subsection within Application Management. The role involves managing application development, maintenance, and support services, as well as guiding staff through the application lifecycle and strategic modernization efforts.

Responsibilities
Overseeing a portfolio of applications developed and managed by the Application Management Section
Planning, organization, staffing, and direction of all functions and personnel to achieve the section's objectives
Guiding subordinate staff through the entire application lifecycle, including new application development, testing, quality assurance, release and deployment management, enhancements and bug fixes, modernization, and migration to the cloud
Qualification
Required
The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired
