Responsibilities
Research market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new products relevant to the pool and construction industry
Optimize purchasing processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
Maintain accurate records, including purchase orders, vendor contracts, pricing, and delivery documentation
Ensure supplier price catalogs are accurate
Support strategic purchasing execution through analytical support for Purchasing Director and Purchasing Managers
Departmental KPI tracking and reporting of results
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience
2 + years working knowledge within a proven ERP system (NetSuite a plus)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in purchasing systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills utilizing Excel and business intelligence tools
Problem-solving and decision-making
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or related field
Materials and equipment knowledge (pool pumps, filters, plumbing, concrete, steel, finishes, etc.)
