ServiceNow Business Systems Consultant Senior

Responsibilities

Lead business system application process improvements and system enhancements on the ServiceNow platform
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) between vendors, business areas, IT, Systems, and HR Process for support, system projects, and implementations
Contribute to the standard use of ServiceNow features and workflows
Ensure solutions are implemented to drive adoption, operational efficiency, and full benefit realization across the organization
Provide support for service requests, defects, and change requests

Required

A minimum of eight years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements)
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements)

Preferred

Prior experience with ServiceNow modules, administration, configurations, and automation tools (Flow designer, Workflow editor, Automation Engine, etc.), as well as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certificate
Experience with HR Service Delivery solutions, including case management, service portals, lifecycle events, and performance analytics
Demonstrated capability to stay updated on the latest developments and standard methodologies in ServiceNow HRSD and related areas
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) knowledge/certification
