Responsibilities

As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll use your product development expertise to lead multi-disciplinary hardware projects from start to finish, managing complex mechanical chassis components and accessories across multiple product lines
You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules including design, release, builds, test and make decisions to unblock development, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company
Drive the planning and implementation of customer features with the cross-functional teams to hit roadmap goals, tracking progress, analyzing risks, resolve execution issues and communicating status
Develop and manage module/component program schedules, technical issues, design release management and resource needs with engineering and cross-functional teams
Manage communication of progress/status with stakeholders and leadership in various locations and time zones, own and nurture relationships between cross-functional teams
Identify and solve the top program blockers and adapt lean processes to the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, or a related engineering field
5+ years of experience in program management, product management, engineering or similar cross-functional role
Worked in hardware product development, especially through EVT, DVT, PVT phases of manufacturing ramp
Experience managing MEID integration, design releases, validation test plans, build execution and supply chain management
Ability to understand technical discussions and provide decision framework for continuing development
Clear communicator - able to hold conversations with engineering and supply chain
Ability to travel internationally as needed
