Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Design and develop advanced Canvas and Model-Driven Apps with complex Power Fx logic
Build enterprise workflows and integrations using Power Automate, APIs, and custom connectors
Architect Dataverse data models, security roles, and governance standards
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to optimize processes and deliver scalable solutions
Act as Power Platform & SharePoint SME; mentor developers and support user adoption
Ensure application performance, security, ALM, and compliance best practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years of IT experience, including 6+ years with SharePoint and 5+ years with Microsoft Power Platform
Strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate
Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions with solid architecture and data modeling skills
Proficiency with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, SQL, and API integrations
Advanced knowledge of Power Fx, custom connectors, REST APIs, security, governance, and ALM
Excellent stakeholder communication; able to work independently as a senior consultant/advisor
Preferred
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200 / PL-400 / PL-600)
Experience with Power BI and AI Builder
Background in federal or regulated environments; familiarity with Agile/DevOps
Experience with Department of State systems (e.g., ARIBA, OneFinancials, ServiceNow, Momentum, SQL, Tableau)
Experience delivering solutions for Financial Management, SDLC, Risk Management, IT Service Delivery, Change Control, and EVM
