Managing accounts receivable
Handling customer inquiries
Processing invoices
Assisting in debt collection activities
Maintaining financial records
Delivering exceptional customer service by resolving billing issues and providing account updates effectively and professionally
Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and manage financial transactions efficiently
Knowledge and experience in Finance, including accounts receivable and invoicing processes
Effective Communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams professionally
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Previous knowledge of NetSuite, QuickBooks, and/or Excel is preferred
Experience in customer service or related support roles is advantageous
