Inside Sales Professional
Milby Company is a leading groundwater wholesaler serving the Mid-Atlantic region, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team at their Elkridge, Maryland headquarters. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing incoming customer orders, bid requests, product sizing and selection, and troubleshooting support while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in plumbing wholesale
High attention to detail with strong accuracy and follow-through
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with individuals at all levels of the organization
Sound judgment with the ability to make timely, effective decisions
Creative, flexible, and collaborative team player
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Adaptable and positive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Preferred
Experience selling and/or installing plumbing products is strongly preferred
Proficiency with computers and business software preferred
