Account Executive
CJ Logistics America is a leading logistics provider specializing in integrated and multimodal logistics services. They are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition and manage relationships within their Freight Brokerage business, ensuring exceptional service delivery and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Drive Growth: Lead new customer acquisition efforts, targeting both new prospects and lapsed customers to expand our market reach
Manage the Lifecycle: Oversee deals from the initial partner contact through contract signing, operational launch, and long-term growth
Collaborate for Success: Partner with Support, Execution, and Operations teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively
Achieve Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining account receivable requirements
Act as an Ambassador: Refer non-Freight Brokerage leads to peer Customer Development contacts and work respectfully with all Brokerage team members
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in transportation sales, specifically focused on new customer acquisition
A proven ability to bring in new customers and meet or exceed financial expectations and sales metrics
Strong negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and the confidence to navigate complex sales cycles
Excellent interpersonal skills to articulate logistics solutions to diverse client stakeholders
Preferred
A Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
