Responsibilities
Provide programmatic support to the Nulka program within the U.S. Navy Program Executive Office, Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS), Above Water Sensors Directorate (IWS 2.0)
Work with the Government Program Manager and Contracting Officer's Representative to provide programmatic advice, recommendations, and solutions for emerging program issues and topics
Provide recommendations on contract structure and maintain and update program documentation, including, but not limited to, program schedule(s), organization charts, program status briefings (meeting minutes, action items, etc) and other documentation as required
Work directly with the Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) Data Manager to review and adjudicate submissions for completeness, validity, and compliance, and route, process, and track Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Requests for Variance (RFVs)
Collaborate with stakeholders across industry and Government to ensure program requirements, capabilities, planning, and development supports program schedules and requirements
Qualification
Required
Ability to work onsite near the Washington Navy Yard
Bachelor's degree in a related field
1-5 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience or education in modern software delivery methods
Current Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
Preferred
Experience with the US Navy or prior SPA internship experience
Familiarity with the DoD Acquisition process, CDRL management, NSERC, or iPDM
