Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Sales Analysts to deliver accurate, actionable sales reporting and insights
Analyze sales performance across multiple data sources (SAP, BW, Salesforce) to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Partner closely with sales channel leaders to understand market dynamics and communicate analytical findings
Oversee monthly sales reporting for key stakeholders, including senior leadership
Manage core sales operations functions such as territory planning, commission calculations, and quota management
Drive continuous improvement in data integrity, reporting automation, dashboard/tool development, and business intelligence adoption
Serve as the organization’s analytics subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
7+ years of progressive experience in analytics, sales operations, or a related field
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in SAP, BW, Salesforce, Cognos, BusinessObjects, or similar tools considered an asset
Strong analytical mindset paired with an insatiable curiosity to understand the 'why.'
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
Preferred
MBA or professional designation is a plus
Prior experience leading and mentoring a team is a plus
