Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for CKO and SKO events, aligning with the Global Enablement team
Collaborate with senior leadership to define event goals, content, and success metrics
Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure seamless execution
Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and production
Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle
Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality events on time and within budget
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging creativity and innovation
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Track ROI, engagement, and audience feedback to measure results, assess opportunities for improvement, and optimize future events
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in corporate event marketing, preferably within the tech industry
Excellent knowledge of hands-on experience with all aspects of event management, logistics, vendor negotiation and marketing
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively about priorities and updates to stakeholders
