Customer Success Account Manager - Remote

The Customer Success Account Manager will support new customer onboarding and ensure exceptional service, partnering closely with the sales team to assist customers in meeting their package commitment goals.

Responsibilities

Support daily customer operations: Assist customers with day‑to‑day needs and maintain clear, responsive communication
Guide customers through onboarding: Ensure new customers meet volume commitments and receive a smooth onboarding experience
Assist territory leadership: Provide reporting, administrative, and account‑related support to the Director of Customer Success Accounts
Manage ongoing account activities: Track deliverables, support contractual requirements, and maintain alignment with customer expectations
Represent the team externally: Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings as needed
Contribute to best practices: Collaborate with peers and internal teams to apply and enhance customer success and business development processes
Deliver business reviews: Prepare, present, and follow through on customer business reviews and updates

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
1–3 years of experience in a related field
