Responsibilities
Process customer orders by scanning barcodes, picking cases, and labeling boxes
Palletize orders and place completed shipments onto pallets
Use RF scanning technology to process and verify orders
Verify accuracy, packaging, and shipment documentation
Assist with dock duties including scanning pallets and operating shrink wrap equipment
Participate in physical inventories and quality checks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment following 5S and Lean principles
Operate material handling equipment safely and report any damage or safety concerns
Cross-train in other warehouse functions and assist as needed
Participate in daily stretching and follow Good Documentation Practices
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, and walk for extended periods
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Basic math and documentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven warehouse environment
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Steel toe shoes are required
Preferred
Previous electric pallet jack experience
Prior experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
