Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for engineering projects
Team Leadership: Coordinate and manage project teams (internal engineers, external contractors, vendors), fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project goals
Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, manage budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet strict quality standards, company policies, and relevant codes/regulations
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison, providing regular progress reports, proposals, and documentation to clients and senior management
Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance, review engineering deliverables, and ensure effective interdisciplinary coordination
Process Improvement: Implement best practices, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement in engineering workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc.)
Proven experience in project management and engineering roles, managing technical projects
Broad understanding of various engineering disciplines
Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with project management software and engineering tools
